Kayla Egle
Licensed Massage Therapist
Kayla Egle trained at the Massage School in St. Paul. She has been interested in bodywork her whole life and began pursuing it as a career when she realized she was naturally adept at manual therapy.
She is certified in Kinesiotaping and has learned many alternative therapies including cupping and gua sha. She is able to integrate multiple modalities for her clients. Her intuition and manual skills allow her to give very individualized massages to address each person's needs.
Kayla was a competitive mountain biker in high school and won some state competitions. She also competed in Western horseback riding for which she also took a state title. She also played volleyball in college and played on a national team in high school.
